Upon arrival at the Hotel Fasano, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and personalized service. The staff went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special, with a beautifully prepared flowers and candles package arranged by Morená. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

The only minor inconvenience we experienced was some confusion regarding the car from the valet service when we were leaving for dinner.

Spent Easter at this hotel and can say that the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of choices to pick from. Location was ideal since it was close to a few shops and restaurants. Room was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere.

I was mainly disappointed that the hotel didn't have a pool. I know not all hotels have pools but I just wanted to relax in one during my stay.

The breakfast was great and there was a wide variety of foods to choose from. the location was perfect as there was a central market nearby, lots of shops and restaurants. I also liked that the hotel offered a fitness center and a pool for the guests.

the room was spacious and well decorated with exclusive amenities that fulfilled my requirements. the Spa Lounge was impressive and the swimming pool area with its garden made me feel that I was in a peaceful haven away from the busy city. I could even request an in-room breakfast, a perfect option for those who love to enjoy a comfortable morning in their room. To top it all off, the bar's special diet menus were exceptional.

the staff were always very helpful in assisting me with the elevators, bringing an extra touch of hospitality to the venue.
